YOULEAD is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to empowering young people with leadership and entrepreneurial skills by using innovative digital tools and interactive teaching methods. The project combines entrepreneurship education with gamification, creating a digital serious game that engages youth in real-life entrepreneurial challenges while developing critical skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. By bringing together expert partners from France, Greece, Austria, and Ireland, YOULEAD supports both young people and youth workers. The project not only provides young participants with practical entrepreneurial skills but also equips trainers and educators with structured resources, toolkits, and methodologies to improve the quality and reach of youth entrepreneurship education across Europe.

YOULEAD Project Officially Launched in Paris

On December 13th, 2024, the YOULEAD project officially kicked off with its first transnational project meeting in Paris, France. Partners from four European countries came together to define the project’s roadmap and start building the foundation for this innovative initiative. During the meeting, discussions focused on developing training models, digital tools, and research strategies to shape the YOULEAD framework. Partners also worked on digital marketing and visibility strategies, the creation of the YOULEAD documentary to capture real stories of young entrepreneurs, and the design of upcoming “Breakfast Sessions” that will connect youth, trainers, and stakeholders in engaging discussions on entrepreneurship challenges and solutions. The kick-off meeting marked an inspiring start to a project that aims to reshape how young people learn and practice entrepreneurship.
