Through three Youth Participation Events and one Youth Participation Mobility, the You Decide project aims to promote structured discussions between youth representatives and decision-makers, especially those from varied youth councils around the nation. Aiming to attract two hundred to two hundred and fifty people—youth council members, individuals between the ages of eighteen and thirty, and representatives from national organizations, municipalities, and youth councils—the events will include talks about youth policies in the EU, youth council and worker-led workshops, and public forums for networking and discussion.

The program aims to achieve meaningful young participation in the civic, economic, social, cultural, and political domains, as stated in the European young Goals, and is in line with the EU Youth Strategy. The project seeks to stimulate new youth councils, foster collaboration, enhance participants’ civic education, and encourage collaborative endeavours through knowledge sharing, youth voice amplification, and collaboration. In the end, it aims to give young people the ability to actively influence democratic procedures and laws, encouraging civic involvement and action throughout Europe.
